Shipping Rates
At BFF Rings, we work alongside trusted carriers like UPS, DHL, USPS & many more to provide tracked shipping on all of our orders worldwide.
Our shipping rates are as follows:
USA —
Standard (3-7 Business Days)
Expedited (2-3 Business Days)
Canada, Europe, Asia, Oceania —
Standard Tracked Shipping (7-15 Days)
Rest of the World —
Standard Tracked Shipping (9-20 Days)
For international orders, we are not responsible for import duties and customs fees. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Order Tracking
After your order ships, we send you a tracking number to check the status of your order.
In some cases there may be a delay between your order being shipped and the shipping label being created. This is because we ship internationally, and the local carrier may not have received the parcel because the order has not yet arrived in your country.
In the meantime you will be able to track your order on our website here.
Unexpected Delays
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. In some instances the delivery may take longer than the shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control.
Due to unexpected delays, there is a 30-day grace period after your order has been shipped that it should arrive. Until that point we have to trust that the carrier will have your package delivered. If this grace period has passed and you still have not received your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
BFF Rings is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of purchase is the address we will ship the package to).
If your order has not been marked as delivered within 10 days after the estimated delivery date, we will be happy to issue a full refund on your order, or send a free replacement.
Shipping Protection
By removing Shipping Protection from your order, BFF Rings is not responsible if your order is lost, stolen, or if your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, in these cases, the customer should contact the corresponding courier company.
Having Shipping Protection on your order ensures that your order is covered with a full refund or free replacement in the event of any loss, damage, or theft to your package, for all orders worldwide.
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date. Claims submitted more than 7 days after the order is marked as delivered cannot be accepted, and we are not responsible for lost or missing packages reported after this period.
